Website and enquiry review
£295 fixed. Review up to ten pages, mobile usability and the enquiry journey, with a comparison against three relevant competitors. You receive written priorities and a walkthrough of the findings.
Provide your website address, main services, audience and an explanation of how enquiries are handled. Existing analytics or enquiry information helps where available. Any live form tests or account access are agreed first.
The review helps you choose between targeted improvements and a rebuild. Implementation and specialist accessibility certification are separate.

If a new site is already the right decision, the £1,950 Business Website package includes up to five pages, one quotation form, copy from your supplied information, two revision rounds, launch checks and handover. Search visibility review
The starting review and measurement setup are part of Local Search: £450 setup plus £595 a month, including AI visibility. Setup and the first month total £1,045; subsequent months are £595.
The package covers one website and one eligible business location. Monthly work includes improvements to two priority pages, one researched article, local business profile work, AI search checks and an enquiry-focused report.
Provide your priority services, genuine coverage area and website, plus access to relevant search and business-profile records where available. We use that evidence to choose the priorities and distinguish useful enquiries from visits or sampled AI mentions.
Major development, additional locations, paid placements and advertising spend are separate. Search rankings, AI recommendations and enquiry numbers are not guaranteed.

One-workflow automation pilot
£1,950 fixed. Build one defined workflow connecting up to two supported tools, with staff approval where needed, failure alerts, testing against agreed examples, documentation, training and handover.
Provide a walkthrough of the task, the tools involved, approximate volume and handling time, a process owner and representative examples you are authorised to share. We check integration feasibility before booking.
You can then assess whether the workflow is useful, how much checking remains and whether wider rollout is worthwhile. Legacy API development, large migrations, extra workflows, software subscriptions and AI usage are separate.

Choose the right AI starting point
The £1,000 Business & AI Opportunity Review is an office visit with Vytautas to examine up to three priority processes, focused competitor analysis and ranked opportunities. You receive a written implementation plan; building it is a separate decision.

Staff AI Training is £950 per team training day, not per person. Staff practise tasks suited to their roles, improve prompts, check answers and handle business information responsibly. Group size, agenda, remote or office delivery and any travel are agreed before booking.

The £4,500 Staff Knowledge Assistant provides one internal assistant for one access group, using up to 50 searchable documents capped at 250 pages. It includes source-linked answers, uncertainty handling, evaluation and handover. Document cleanup, OCR, SSO, complex permissions and autonomous actions are separate.

£300 setup plus £495 a month covers one personal profile, a voice guide, eight edited posts a month, a short monthly interview and one consolidated revision round. You approve content before supported scheduling and keep genuine conversations with your team.
Setup and the first month total £795; subsequent months are £495. Additional profiles, video and third-party subscriptions are separate.
Custom system discovery
Custom systems start from £9,500, with fixed milestones and a total agreed after discovery. This is a starting budget for a defined first release, not one price for every application.
We first clarify the users, records, roles, workflows, reporting and existing tools. You provide the people who understand the process and its important exceptions. The resulting scope helps you decide whether to buy, configure, connect or build.
Discovery, integrations, migration, hosting and support are scoped and priced explicitly before commissioning. If discovery is needed, its deliverables and price are agreed before it starts; commissioning it does not commit you to a production build.

Plan for care and running costs
Optional Website Care is £79 a month, with up to 30 minutes of minor content changes for one SuffolkWeb-built website. Optional Automation Care is £149 a month, with up to one hour of maintenance or minor changes for one supported workflow. Each has a defined maintenance and monitoring scope; unused time does not roll over.
Hosting, domains, licences and AI usage are separate. These plans do not include new builds or 24-hour incident support. Ask about Website Care or Automation Care.
Agree the work before it starts
Your written proposal confirms deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, review points, timing, payment arrangements and the total. Scope changes are agreed before additional work starts. How we work explains access, ownership, testing and handover.

I am not sure which starting route fits. What should I send?
Describe your business and one thing you want to improve. Add your website if relevant, or explain a task and the tools it involves. Choose Help me choose on the contact form; a technical brief is not required.
Are these fixed-price packages?
The website review, business website, Business AI Review, one-workflow automation and knowledge assistant have fixed prices within their published scope. Training is £950 per team day. Search and LinkedIn have separate setup and monthly fees. Custom systems start from £9,500, with a fixed quotation after scoping. All prices are before VAT if applicable.
Does a review include making the changes?
No. A review produces findings and a prioritised next step. Implementation is separate. A website build, automation or knowledge-assistant package includes its defined implementation, with any extra scope agreed before work starts.
Do I have to commit to a larger project afterwards?
No. A focused first stage helps you make that decision. Further work is scoped separately. An existing tool, a smaller change or leaving a process as it is may be the right choice.
What costs sit outside the package?
The pricing page lists each package's exclusions. Hosting, software subscriptions, AI usage and other third-party fees are separate unless explicitly included. Any travel costs are agreed before booking. The written proposal confirms the scope and total before you commit.
