Practical AI training for the work your team does
Help your team use approved AI tools with confidence. Practical exercises, reusable prompts and clear checks, shaped around the work they already do.

Using AI well takes more than opening a chat window. Staff need to know how to explain a task, provide suitable context, check the answer and decide when to use their own judgement. Our training uses the work your team recognises so those skills are easier to apply afterwards.
SuffolkWeb is based in Ipswich and supports teams across Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, with UK-wide delivery by arrangement.
£950 per team training day
The Staff AI Training package is £950 per training day for your team, not per person, before VAT if applicable. We agree the group size, agenda and whether the day is delivered remotely or at your office before booking. Any travel arrangements and costs are agreed beforehand; software licences are separate.
Enquire about a training day with the roles involved, the tools your business permits and the tasks you would like staff to practise.
Work on tasks your team understands
The agenda is shaped around your roles and existing tools. Exercises can include:
- Turning approved notes into a clear email or document draft, with the right tone and facts.
- Summarising a document while keeping important qualifications and next steps visible.
- Researching a question, following the sources and distinguishing evidence from a plausible answer.
- Preparing structured meeting actions, checklists or routine administrative material.
- Improving a prompt by specifying its purpose, source information, audience and output format.
- Reviewing a flawed answer and deciding what needs correction, verification or human judgement.
These are example exercises, not a requirement to introduce every tool or automate every task. We choose a useful agenda with you and work within the systems your business approves.
Check the answer before using it
AI can produce confident mistakes or omit important details. Staff practise checking names, figures, sources and assumptions against information they can verify. We distinguish a useful first draft from something ready to send or rely on.
The team also considers where AI is unnecessary. A template, calculation or ordinary software feature may be a better way to handle a repeatable task.
Handle business information responsibly
Before the day, we agree which tools and examples are appropriate. Exercises cover confidentiality, permissions, the information a prompt needs and the information it should leave out. Anonymised or fictional examples can be used where real records are unsuitable.
Training supports your business's own policies and approval process. It does not replace specialist legal, security or professional advice, and important decisions remain with the responsible person.
Leave with a reusable way of working
Your team receives the agreed prompt examples, exercise guidance and practical next steps to keep. Prompts are starting points that staff can adapt and check, rather than a promise that the same wording will produce a correct answer every time.
If the day identifies a repeated process worth implementing, our one-workflow automation package is £1,950 fixed. A staff knowledge assistant is £4,500 within its defined document and access scope. Those builds are separate from training.

Good questions, short answers
Is £950 charged per person?
No. The price is £950 per team training day, before VAT if applicable. We agree the group size, agenda, location or remote delivery and any travel arrangements before booking. Software licences and custom implementation are separate.
Does the team need previous AI experience?
We shape the agenda around your team's starting point and the tools it is allowed to use. Staff who already use AI can work on more effective prompts, checking output and repeatable tasks. Those getting started can practise with clear examples and guidance.
Can staff use confidential business information in the exercises?
Only information that your business has approved for the selected tools should be used. We agree suitable examples beforehand and can use anonymised or fictional material. Training includes what to leave out of a prompt, how to check tool settings and when to ask for approval.
Does training include building an automation or internal assistant?
No. The training day develops practical skills and reusable ways of working. Custom automation, integrations and staff knowledge assistants have separate implementation packages. We can identify a useful next step without committing you to a build.
What does the team keep afterwards?
Your team keeps the agreed prompt examples, exercise guidance and next steps. The aim is a reusable approach to everyday tasks, including how to check an answer and when a person needs to make the decision.
