Practical AI consultancy in Ipswich and Suffolk
Turn an interest in AI into a practical next step. Understand which tasks to improve, which tools might fit and what a useful pilot needs to prove.

You can see that AI might help your business, but the advice is full of unfamiliar terms and impressive demonstrations. The practical question is what will make a difference to your team's daily work, and what it will take to run reliably.
We help owners and teams across Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, and throughout the UK, identify practical uses for AI. We are based in Ipswich. You do not need an in-house IT department or a technical brief. Start with the work you want to improve.
Request an AI consultancy quotation and describe one or two tasks that take more time than they should.
Look at the work before choosing the tool
Discovery considers how a task begins, the information involved, who handles it and what a good result looks like. We look for repeated effort and identify where a person must still make a decision.
Possible starting points include preparing routine drafts, finding answers in approved documents, sorting incoming enquiries or extracting information for review. These are illustrative applications, not a promise that every one will suit your business.
We also ask whether an ordinary rule, better template or existing software feature would solve the problem more simply.
What the consultancy can deliver
- A plain-language map of the process and its main sources of delay or repeated work.
- A prioritised shortlist of use cases, with reasons to pursue or set aside each one.
- An assessment of existing software, available integrations and data readiness.
- A comparison of buying, configuring, connecting or building a solution.
- A pilot brief covering users, test cases, review points and measures of success.
- A view of setup effort, licences, usage charges, maintenance and staff time.
We agree the actual deliverables and the depth of the review in the quotation. A small discovery project should lead to a decision you can understand, including the decision that a proposed automation is not worthwhile.

Give the pilot something useful to prove
A pilot needs a baseline: how long the task takes today, how often it occurs and what errors or delays matter. Then it needs realistic examples, including awkward cases, and a way to compare the outcome.
For example, a document workflow might be judged on correct fields, review time and the number of exceptions. A knowledge assistant might be judged on whether its answers use the right source and whether staff can verify them. These measures are more informative than a polished demonstration.
Our guide to choosing your first automation shows how to estimate time released without confusing it with cash savings.
Plan how people will use it
Someone needs to own the process. We consider who checks output, what information may be used, how access is controlled and what the team does when a result is wrong. Handover and guidance should fit the task and the people doing it.
The goal is a workable change in day-to-day operations. Reducing repetitive admin may create capacity, but the business benefit depends on how that time is used and what it costs to maintain the solution.
Move from advice to implementation when it makes sense
If the pilot calls for connecting existing tools, see workflow automation. If your team needs a new application or portal, see custom business systems. Implementation can be scoped separately so you can decide on the evidence.
If your question is how customers discover you through AI-generated search answers, that is our AI search visibility service.
If your first priority is staying visible to business contacts, our LinkedIn content service applies AI to topic planning and drafts in your voice, with your approval and genuine human conversations.

Good questions, short answers
Do I need to understand AI before getting in touch?
No. Bring a description of how your business works and the tasks that cause delays, repeated effort or frustration. We translate that into possible improvements and explain the trade-offs in plain language.
Will the recommendation always be to build something?
No. A process change, a feature in software you already pay for or a suitable existing product may be enough. Custom development is an option when there is a clear requirement that simpler approaches do not meet.
Can AI help us grow without increasing admin costs at the same rate?
It may help a team handle more work by reducing repetitive steps. We assess task volume, review time, likely running costs and the way released capacity could be used. Any estimate needs testing against your actual process before it is treated as a saving.
What do we receive from a consultancy project?
The agreed scope can include a map of the current process, prioritised use cases, a comparison of options and a pilot brief with success measures, responsibilities and cost considerations. The quotation states the deliverables before work begins.
